Forming a Contract
A contract between Mercier UK ONLINE LTD and the customer is established only once we accept your order (at which point your credit/debit card will be charged for the total value of the goods to be dispatched). Payment and Taxes
We offer secure online payments via credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PAYPAL. All transactions are processed in £ sterling. Prices displayed on our website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable) at the current rate of 20%.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), VAT will not be applied. However, any customs or import duties incurred upon arrival in your country are your responsibility, as we cannot predict or control these charges.

Our Commitment to You
We strive to keep our website updated with our full product range. While we aim to maintain stock of all styles and sizes, occasional shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

All delivery dates provided are estimates and may be subject to change. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in delivery. Orders placed before 1 PM will typically be dispatched the following day for standard delivery, unless an alternative option is selected by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind after purchasing an item online, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. For orders containing multiple items, the 14-day period begins from the delivery of the last item.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you decide to cancel, you may still need to accept delivery for the cooling-off period to commence.

Product Accuracy
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate at the time of publication. However, variations in colour may occur due to differences in browser software or computer systems, and we cannot accept responsibility for such discrepancies.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will be clearly marked in the product description, along with the expected dispatch date. Pre-ordered items cannot be refunded until they have been received by the customer.

Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes, sales, and offers are valid once per order. Sale items are eligible for exchange or credit notes only. Offers and discounts cannot be combined.
